Highlights and Awards

Hackster.io – Tech Fashion Design Challenge Winner

Sprite Lights won the “Out of the Box” award, a new category specifically created for Sprite Lights so that it could be a grand prize winner. The contest was sponsored by Hackster.io, Art By Physicist, ASCA, Make:, MakeFashion, and nLITEn Tech.

Kickstarter – Successfully Funded

Sprite Lights successfully funded and fulfilled a small batch Kickstarter that resulted in the production of over 350 Sprite Lights. This included working with manufacturers in in China to to produce the batteries and circuit boards with assembly.

Early Prototypes Displayed at CES

In 2021, and early prototype of Sprite Lights was one of three finalists for the Arrow and Indiegogo Challenge which resulted in Sprite Lights being both displayed and promoted at that year’s CES in Las Vegas, NV. Attendees could learn more about the finalists and vote for their favorites.
